Working enviroment:

In the process of making big stone into small stone, the first breaker usually is called "the host" breaker. The most long histroy and most solid crusher is jaw crusher. When feeding for jaw crusher, the material pours from top into crushing cavity which includes tooth. The tooth goes against the material to the room wall by the tremendous strength, then make it into more small stone. It is an eccentric shaft supporting the tooth in moving. This axis penetrates the framework of fuselage. The eccentric motion is usually operated by flywheel fixed in the both sides of flywheel. The flywheel and the biased support the bearing using spherical surface roller pulley frequently, the bearing working conditions is extremely harsh. The bearing must withstand the huge impact load, abradability sewage and high temperature. Although this working conditions are extremely harsh, the jaw crusher still had to work extremely reliably, this is the a key link of guaranteesthe production efficiency. This series of jaw crushers’ crushing way is extrusion for the tune.
