Detail Information:	Bich Chi Food Company is one of the most effective businesses in foodstuff processing fields of Vietnam. Being formerly founded in 1966 as a flour factory, Bich Chi specialized in producing husked rice flour, various bean flour for domestic market. Located in the granary of the Mekong delta, Bich Chi Food Company has inherited the favorable conditions from Sadec craft village, Dong Thap province, which is famous for the finest flour. Covering the area of 33.000m2 , Bich Chi Food Company has gained the competitive strength in producing the best quality products holding the trademark of Bich Chi. The general investment strategy on infrastructure, technology, equipment, human resource has enable the company’s labour productiveness to rise. With a dynamic and experienced management, the staff of professionally qualified hard-working scientific workers and technicians, our company has successfully been applying “Quality management system upon international standard ISO 9001:2000”, especially the technology of “extrusion- drying”. We also have the plan to build HACCP. Bich Chi foodstuff consists of over 50 products which suit the taste and eating demand of customers, among which are the traditional well-known products: unpolished rice powder, nutritious cereal powder, Chinese fine vermicelli , various kinds of bean flour . These products still keep their original vitamin content after being processed to meet the consumers’ nutritious demands. In the changing trend of the marketable mechanism, many new products have been made satisfying the demands of industrious meals for workers such as: rice noodles, vermicelli, Chinese noodles, porridge, winged yam soup, rice paper. Those are instant , cheap, convenient , nutritious food with original Vietnamese flavour. Shrimp chips, the specialty of Sadec , have been studied and successfully produced by Bich Chi foodstuff company with various kinds such as: Prawn crackers - Premium quality, Special shrimp chips, Special seafood chips, Basa fish chips, Crab chips, Cuttlefish chips, Vegetable chips ... Most of those products are made for export . The success of Bich Chi Food Company has been proved through the awards it has won in many exhibition fairs on the national economic achievements. Bich Chi products have won 10 gold medals on the safe and hygienic standard of food . Some of the awards are Gold Cup for the Health of community, Gold Apricot for integration, the trademark “ Farmer’s companion”.
