What do I have to do if I want to register online to become ECVN member?
- Go to home page of ECVN: www.ecvn.com.
- Click "Join Now" at the top banner of home page.
- Follow instructions.
- If you stop at third step, you are just provisional member of ECVN within 7 days.
- Complete the fourth step, you will become the official member of ECVN.

Why can't I find sellers' email addresses?
- Sercurity system of users' emails is to avoid collecting emails to spam. You may contact members through contacting tools of ECVN.
Why can't I find the selling lead after posting them?
- Most of all trade leads are posted on ECVN as soon as members finish posting steps. Please check the posting steps, because the following situations may happen:
How can I make sure my trade lead/quotation has been sent successfully?
- Looking in Inbox in MyECVN.
How do I add a picture to my selling lead?
- Go to Post a new trade lead.
- Choose language.
- Choose Post a new product.
- At step 5: Choose picture which is smaller than 100K and in JPG or GIF format.
- Choose picture saved in your personal computer.
- Continue to click "confirm and save" to finish.

What do I do if I want to sell a product?
- Being a ECVN member.
- Click MyECVN to post a new trade lead.
- Choose Post a new product.
- Choose language.
- Choose HS/CPC code.
- Choose: Selling lead at Trade lead type box.

MyECVN Management
I am not an ECVN member, can I use MYECVN?
- No. Firstly, you must register an account to become a member and then sign in MyECVN with the registered username and password provided by ECVN Management Board.
- In order to have an account on ECVN, you must go to www.ecvn.com and click Register at the end of the page, then finish all the registration steps.
What do I have to do to update member information?
- After logging in, click MyECVN. Click Update member information in the Member information .
How do I update my company information?
- Logging in MyECVN.
- Select Update Company profile .
- Update your company information and click Send button.
What do I have to do if I want to check email?
- To check your received email, click Inbox.
- Check your sent email, click Sent.
How can I do if I want to post/change/delete my product/trade leads in MYECVN?
- To post a new trade lead, go to Post a new trade lead.
- To change or delete trade lead information, go to Manage trade leads.
Upgrade, degrade member level
We are now Bronze member of ECVN. How can we be upgraded to silver member?
- There are 2 ways:
In what cases my company will be degraded?
- After a determined time, this member did not executed any activities through ECVN.
- There are proofs showing that this member loose confidence while doing business through ECVN.
- This member did not answer the verifying questions of ECVN or other authorized organs by ECVN.
We are now ECVN silver member. How can we be upgraded to gold member?
